Jane is head of our Trade Marks department here at Brookes Batchellor. With nearly 30 years’ experience as a trade mark attorney, her expertise covers all areas of trade mark law and practice.

Typical Case

In addition to filing new trade marks, Jane is active to protect clients’ use of their registered marks.  For example, she monitors mis-use of the Registered Trade Mark PLASTICINE by unauthorised third parties as a generic terms for modelling clay.  PLASTICINE is a Registered Trade Mark of Flair Leisure Products plc, a long established element of their intellectual property.
