Brookes Batchellor Trade Mark Attorneys Jane Martin and Clare Turnbull are about to leave Tunbridge Wells for a week. This weekend they fly to San Francisco to attend the 2011 International Trademark Association conference.
The conference is a major feature in the trade mark calendar. It’s an opportunity for IP attorneys to catch up with overseas contacts and discuss recent changes in trade mark law and practice and to make new contacts whose own approach fits Brookes Batchellor’s professional standards and ethos. It also gives them the chance to discuss the progress of clients’ trade marks all over the world.
If you’re going to INTA too, be sure to arrange a meeting with Jane and Clare. Pam Botell and the team in the office in Tunbridge Wells will of course be looking after all of our clients while they are away, so don’t hesitate to talk to us about any new trade mark or design requirements.
